Regarding the Motions 107/2563 and 208/2563 of the Executive Committee of Payap University meetings, it has been confirmed that the second semester of the academic year 2563 (2020) of the international programs will be on 11th January 2021. Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19, the normal in-class teaching and learning cannot be conducted.
- WEEK 1 ~ 2 (11 ~ 24 January 2021): All classes will be taught online only.

The International College will appropriately supervise the instructors’ teaching and learning management of the courses based on the aforementioned models and proportion of teaching hours. The course contents as well as the students’ competency and learning outcomes specified in the TQF2 (Curriculum) of the programs must be covered. In addition, the learning outcome assessment must be carried out efficiently.
|Teaching and learning models for lecture courses
|(1) Online teaching and learning
Two types of online teaching can be used, i.e. the real time teaching based on the course timetable and/or the lectures can be recorded ahead of time and viewed online.
|Online courses are those classes that are delivered entirely online.
i.e. If students cannot return to University as expected for various reasons, such as border control of the country they are from or if they are being quarantined.
|(2) Blended teaching and learning
Different models of teaching and learning can be used together, such as in-class teaching and online teaching.
|Blended/Hybrid courses take the benefits of online learning and combine them with traditional in-class learning with social distancing policy as follows:
|(3) Normal in-class teaching and learning
The normal in-class teaching and learning can be carried out starting from August 24, 2020 onward. There should not be more than 50 students in class. The social distancing policy still needs to be applied by concerning the strict public health measures, i.e. each student must sit far from each other at least 1 meter. In case that any students cannot attend normal classes, the in-class teaching should also be broadcasted to them online so that they can study from their places.
